Comparing my Photo of technology too a professional example.

Comparing Photos

This is the photograph which inspired me, I used this photo as a guide for the one I had taken.

And this photo I had taken using the idea.

Balancing Elements

Balancing The Elements means placing the main subject off-center, as with the rule of thirds, creates a more interesting photo, but it can leave a void in the scene which can make it feel empty. I have chosen this technique for my second project which is Technology.

My Skateboarding Photographs.

My pictures.

These are the pictures which I had taken, focusing on Skateboarding. All these pictures use different angles, focuses and filters in them.

In this Photograph I wanted the audience to see both me and the skateboard, so I went for a medium distance shot. To get the picture I had to set a timer on my camera too 10 seconds, this gave me time to position myself for the Photo. I also used a filter on the photograph, this included changing the contrast and adding a black vintage frame around the the photograph. I took this photograph with the filter setting on my camera called "Vignetting".

Again with this photograph I made it a medium distance shot and used the timer setting on my camera to get in the correct position. With this photograph the filter I used is "classical". I took the image with the filter on. I think this is suitable for the image.

This was the Photo I used from the idea of a professional Photograph I had seen on the internet, and used the same techniques as the the professional. These included a close up shot and a "old sepia" filter, which I had taken using the camera.

In this is photo I chose a different camera angle to get both me and the skateboard, I think this is affective as it really catches the audiences eyes. I used the "classic" filter which was taken from camera on this image as I found it suitable with the skateboard's position and my legs/ feet.

I made this picture different from the others as I made the camera distance very close and that it focuses on the skateboard's wheel and logo on the wheel. I used the macro function on the camera so that it showed every detail on the wheel and the skateboard. Just like all the other images I took the picture with the filter on, this filter is called "Old film 1"

I used the same technique with the macro function on my camera with this image because it really shows the detail in both my Converse and the closest wheel. Also because I used Macro this meant that the wheel behind the Converse is blurred out. I think that it makes this image even better. I used the camera filter "classic" when taken this picture.

This Photograph is one of my favourite photos which I had taken. This being because of the camera angle, distance and the macro function. This photo was taken from a perfect angle, with the closest wheel being in half of the Photo and then the white wheels behind are slightly burred and faded. I think this would defiantly catches the audience eye's. I used the "old film 1" filter which was taken with camera.

In this photo I thought it would look nice without any filters, so I left it in it's original colours as the different colour wheels really take play. But I did take this image with a black frame around it to just finish it off. I used the "Vignetting" filter on this photograph which was taken with my camera.
